Visit the AskNChat support page, which should have a link to the OS Tickets portal (you may be provided with a direct URL: https://helpdesk.asknchat.com/).
If you're required to log in to submit a ticket, enter your credentials (email and password). If you do not have an account, you may need to sign up.
Once you are logged in, look for an option like “Open a New Ticket” in the menu or dashboard. This button will typically be prominently displayed to assist users with submitting their inquiries.
You will be required to provide the following details:
Select a Help Topic : Select the appropriate department (e.g., Feedback ,Report a Problem, etc.).
Issue Summary : A brief title for your issue or request.
Issue Details : Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing or the request you are submitting. The more detailed the information, the better the support team will be able to assist you.
Attachments: If applicable, attach any screenshots, error logs, or documents that will help clarify the problem.
After filling in the required fields and attaching any necessary files, click the Submit button to create the ticket.
You should receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. You can use this ticket number to track the status of your request. You may also be able to monitor the progress directly within the OS Tickets portal.
Wait for a response from the AskNChat support team. They will reach out through the contact method you provided (typically email) and will address your concern.
Once your issue is resolved, the support team may close the ticket. You will typically receive a notification when this happens, and you can also confirm if the issue was resolved by reviewing the ticket's status.
