How to customize my chat widget?

To Customize, simply follows these quick instructions:
Go to your AskNChat dashboard
Head over to the projects section > manage Chat Widget > manage Chat Widget Settings.

You can now access various types of customizations, including:

- Widget Position: Choose where you want the widget to appear on your website (e.g., bottom right, bottom left).

- Color Scheme: Customize the widget's background and text colors to match your brand’s color palette.

- Logo: Upload your company’s logo to be displayed in the chat window for branding purposes.

- Welcome Message: Write a personalized greeting that appears when the chat widget is first loaded (e.g., “Hello! How can we assist you today?”).

- Button Text: Customize the button text that triggers the chat widget, such as “Chat Now” or “Need Help?”.

Once you've made all the necessary customizations, make sure to save your changes.
