How Can I Create a new Knowledge Base categories ?

Here’s how to start Create Categories to your knowledge base:

Log in to your AskNChat account.

Then, select the Knowledge Base.

From this point, you’ll be able to view all the knowledge base Categories you've created. It might seem empty right now, but don't worry – you'll quickly fill it with valuable content. To begin, simply click the "Add Category" button located in the top-right corner.

When you click the "Add Category" button located in the top-right corner, you’ll be able to view Create New Category.

For now, we'll focus on the Category settings :

1- Enter the category name.

2- Enter the Description for the category.

3- choose the Statusfor the category( Visible/ Hidden/ Draft ).

once you're satisfied , click the Create Category button to save your changes and make the Category live for everyone to view.
